The secret to creamy overnight oats? Use quick oats! They absorb liquid more efficiently than rolled oats, creating that thick texture instead of oat “soup.” 👀
Plus as an extra tip: A little psyllium husk helps thicken things up while providing a gut-loving fibre boost!
Of course, portion sizes will vary, but here’s a simple formula using a 2:1 oat-to-milk ratio (accounting for the liquid from the coffee also) for the perfect consistency:

TIRAMISU-INSPIRED OVERNIGHT OATS 👇
INGREDIENTS (per pot):
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup milk of choice
30mL (1 shot) espresso
1 scoop (~20g) protein powder, optional
1 tbsp ground nuts (hazelnuts work great!)
1-2 heaped tbsp yoghurt (plus extra to serve)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp honey/maple syrup (to taste)
To serve (per pot):
Fresh fruit (berries are my go-to!)
Extra yoghurt of choice
1 tsp cocoa powder (for that tiramisu dusting)
