Creamy Chicken and Noodles

Ingredientes

3 cups yolk-free egg noodles (4 oz)

1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2 tsp olive oil

1/2 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/3 cup whipped cream cheese spread

1/3 cup finely chopped green onions

1 Tbsp water

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instrucciones

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Stir in bell pepper, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is done.

Add cream cheese spread, 1/4 cup green onions, water, Old Bay and garlic, stirring until cream cheese melts and mixture is well blended.

Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with remaining green onions, Parmesan and pepper to taste.
