Yogurt Sandwich

Ingredientes

1/4 grated cabbage

1/2 grated carrot

1/4 chopped green pepper

1/4 chopped red pepper

Handful chopped cilantro

1 chopped green chili

Pinch s & p

4-5 tbsp Greek yogurt

2 slices white bread

Olive oil

1 tsp mustard seeds

Pinch chili powder

Instrucciones

Shred and chop veggies.

Mix veggies, cilantro, s & p, and chili powder together.

Add Greek yogurt, then mix.

Fill 2 slices of bread with the mixture. Pan fry with oil and mustard seeds.
