Instant Pot Steamed Artichokes

Ingredientes

2-4 artichokes

Bay leaf

Lemon slice

Instrucciones

Put the wire rack in the bottom of the pot and add lemon, bay, and water to just above the rack. Cut off tops of artichokes and the little leaves at the bottom. Put top side down on the rack/water line. The little Trader Joe’s 4-pack ones will take 7 minutes of steam/high and the biggest artichokes you’ve ever seen will take 15. Adjust accordingly.
