250g pasta
40g butter
2 tsp marmite
50g Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Instrucciones
Boil your pasta in slightly salty water.
Grate 50 grams of Parmesan.
Melt 40 grams of butter in a pan and add some pasta water.
Then Marmite. 2 teaspoons.
Toss the pasta in the rich buttery water then start adding the parmesan bit by bit, stirring as you go until the sauce emulsifies.
Add more pasta water if you need to make sure it’s the perfect consistency.
Season with pepper to taste and then you are done.
