Ingredients (makes about 12 bites):

2 medium zucchinis, grated

1 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 large egg

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instrucciones

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine grated zucchini, cottage cheese, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and parsley until well mixed.

Step 3: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

Step 4: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
