Potatoes

Celery

Red onion

Eggs

Radishes

Mayo

Italian dressing

Instrucciones

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces and put into salted water in a pot

  2. Boil water. Test potatoes for fineness every five minutes until done

  3. Drain potatoes and coat in salad dressing

  4. Hardboiled eggs. Peel and slice

  5. Chop radishes, celery, and onions. Add to potatoes along with eggs

  6. Add Mayo, salt and pepper. Mix well

  7. Refrigerate overnight
