Cheesy Beef Crunch Pockets

4 large thin wraps or tortillas
ground beef
butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1 yellow pepper, finely chopped
½ cup corn
shredded mozzarella
paprika
chili powder
garlic powder
salt + pepper
Instrucciones
Melt a bit of butter in a skillet and brown the beef over medium heat.
Add onion, peppers, corn + seasonings and cook until everything softens and gets flavorful. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Lightly mist the wraps with water to help them fold, then cut each wrap in half.
Add some of the beef mixture + mozzarella to one side and fold into triangle pockets.
Transfer to a lightly oiled round oven-safe dish, sprinkle with a bit more cheese, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.
