Melted Mozzarella & Ranch Chicken Bombs

1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4. 1 cup bread crumbs
5. ½ cup all-purpose flour
6. 2 large eggs
7. ¼ cup milk
8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
9. 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
10. ½ teaspoon salt
11. ¼ teaspoon black pepper
12. 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instrucciones
Preheat Oven:
1.1. Turn on your oven to 375°F (190°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Breading Station:
2.1. Put flour in one shallow bowl.
2.2. Mix eggs and milk in a second shallow bowl.
2.3. Combine bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a third shallow bowl.
Bread the Chicken:
3.1. Cover each chicken breast with flour, shaking off extra.
3.2. Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, making sure it's fully coated.
3.3. Press the chicken into the bread crumb mixture, coating it evenly and pressing the crumbs onto the chicken.
Cook the Chicken:
4.1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4.2. Add the breaded chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Bake the Chicken:
5.1. Move the browned chicken breasts to the prepared baking sheet.
5.2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each chicken breast.
5.3. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
