Plum and Fig Sauce

Ingredientes

Sliced plums with skins on and diced figs

For sauce, use 1 1/2 c sugar, 1 1/2 c water, lemon peel strips from 1 lemon, split vanilla bean scraped, 1 tbsp creme de cassis, sliced plums with skins on

Cook plums in sauce ingredients, strain in fine mesh strainer, push out solids, toss with sliced plums and diced figs
