You can store it in the fridge or freezer, making it super convenient to grab anytime. The best part? It’s delicious hot or cold, so you can enjoy it however you like!

6 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar

2 tsp grated gingerSesame seeds for garnish

2. Lemon Tahini Marinade (4-5 servings)

400-500g tofu

4 tbsp tahini

4 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup water (adjust for consistency)

3. BBQ Maple Marinade (4-5 servings)

6 tbsp BBQ sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 tsp Henderson’s Relish (vegan Worcestershire sauce)
