Caramello Slice

Ingredientes

220g Caramello chocolate (or any other chocolate!!)

1 x 250g packet of plain sweet biscuits (like “Milk Arrowroot” or “Marie”)

¼ Cup of butter (60g)

½ tin of sweetened condensed milk ( I usually make a double batch so I don’t have to halve the tin haha) (198g)

*Optional* 220g Dairy Milk Chocolate for topping

Instrucciones

1. Crush biscuit in food processor (or in VERY large snap lock back and smash em!)

2. Break Caramello into pieces and melt with the butter in the microwave how you normally would

3. Stir in the Condensed Milk, then stir in the crumbled biscuits

4. Press into a standard sized Slice Pan lined with baking paper

5. Refrigerate for a 30mins

6. Melt the Dairy Milk in the microwave and spread evenly on top

7. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until completely hard

8. Cut in slices (or stuff face with whole slice)
