Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Makes up to 60 treat siz

230gm golden syrup
400gm dark chocolate
100gm white chocolate
170gm butter
300gm crushed chocolate digestives
200gm chopped chocolate bites / either bars or bites will do here.
Instrucciones
Add the golden syrup, chocolates and butter to a pot and melt on a low heat. Don’t overheat this or the butter will split.
Blitz the biscuits and add to the melted mix. Once fully mixed add the chocolate pieces and stir well.
This mix works fine in silicon but needs parchment under it if you use metal trays.
Refrigerate until its sets then remove from their trays and store in an airtight container in the fridge for ages!
