Apple Teacake

Ingredientes

1 cup self-raising flour

1 cup sugar

1 egg

125g butter, melted

2 green apples, cored & cut into large chunks (no need to peel)

cinnamon, vanilla and/or nutmeg to taste

Instrucciones

Preheat the oven to 190C.

Mix everything together.

Pour into a springform tin. (Don’t worry if it looks weird and chugly!)

Bake for 40-45 minutes.
