Ingredientes

2 pounds chicken wings (flats and drumettes separated)

1½ teaspoons coarse salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ teaspoon baking powder

⠓ cup hot sauce (your favorite brand)

2 Tablespoons butter (melted)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish)

⠓ cup ranch dressing (or preferred dipping sauce)

Instrucciones

Prepare the air fryer to 400°F (takes about 5 minutes).

Blot the chicken wings dry with a paper towel for crispier skin.

In a large bowl, mix salt, pepper, and baking powder.

Add the wings and toss until evenly coated.

Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.

Arrange wings in the basket skin-side down, making sure they don't touch.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flip the wings, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes or golden brown and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 185°F for best texture.

Make the Buffalo Sauce:

While the wings are cooking, stir together hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.

Chop fresh parsley and set aside.

Once wings are done, transfer them to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with ranch dressing or your favorite dip.
