That cosmic transformation inspired me to create An Illusion of Saturn, my twist on the classic Saturn. Featuring The Illusionist Dry Gin (yes, the one that changes color too), mango purée in place of passion fruit, and a homemade pecan orgeat (see my previous Reel for the recipe). A little interplanetary magic in your glass. 🪐

3 ½ The Illusionist Dry Gin @illusionist_gin

½ falernum

½ pecan orgeat

1oz mango purée

1oz lime juice

1 ½ milk

Instrucciones

In a container, mix 1.5oz of Gin with all other ingredients except the milk. In an other container, pour the milk and then the other container. Let curdle & sit of an hour

Strain the mixture through a coffee filter. The clarification occurs due to the milk, not just the filter, so wait a few minutes for the milk to stabilize (the first drops won’t be clear).

Pour the mixture over the solids again and wait for further clarification.

Pour over a clear ice cube
