Ingredientes

1.25 oz High West Double Rye

2 dashes chocolate bitters

0.25 oz Rosemary infused simple syrup (1 cup of cane sugar, 1 cup hot water dissolved. Steep three rosemary sprigs for 24 hours. Can chill and use for 1 month!)

0.50 oz Sweet Vermouth

0.75 oz Cognac

Stir in rocks glass, smokes a rosemary sprig for garnish, express and discard an orange twist.
