1/2 container Persian/Armenian sour yogurt

2 tbsp Labane

2-4 cucumbers

2 pickles

Frozen ginger

Dill

Mint leaves

Salt and paper

Olive oil

Instrucciones

Grate ginger

Shred cucumbers and pickles

Finely chop dill and mint

Add salt, pepper and olive oil

Mix with yogurt and labane

Enjoy with pita chips, burekas, mjadra, etc.
