Creamy Mushroom Bacon Linguine

Ingredientes

1 lbs Linguine

8-9 slices of bacon

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz Shitaake Mushrooms

Pepper

Salt

4 tbsp Flour

2 cups Milk

3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Parsley

Instrucciones

Cook pasta

Fry bacon and after a bit, throw in the minced garlic and mushrooms. Salt and Pepper to taste

Pour in the flour, milk, then cream and stir until sauce is thickened. Taste and adjust flavor using butter, soy sauce, or seasoning until desired flavor

Add pasta in, scooping pasta water in if you desire a thinner sauce
