Italicus Spritz

Ingredientes

When I’m looking for the perfect spritz I want something light, refreshing, floral and citrusy with just enough salinity to balance it all out and make those other flavors pop. I don’t think there’s one that does it much more successfully than this. That’s it, that’s the whole pitch. Just drink it.

4 drops saline solution

3/4oz olive brine (less if you like it sweeter)

2oz Italicus @italicusrdb

2oz topo Chico @topochicousa

2oz Prosecco

Build the drink over ice in a chilled wine glass. Give it a very gentle stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and 3 castelvetrano olives. Keep more close by cause you’re gonna want to eat them.
