Wild Boar and Pecorini Risotto

Ingredientes

  • 2 leeks

  • 6 wild boar sausages

  • 1 onion

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 400g risotto rice

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

  • 350ml red wine

  • 1 beef stock cube

  • Oregano

  • Sage

  • Basil

  • Paprika

  • Msg

  • 60g pecorino

  • 150ml single cream

  • 2 tbps of lemon juice

  • Remove skin, brown sausage

Instrucciones

  1. Add leek and onion fry till soft

  2. Add garlic fry 1 min

  3. Add tomato paste fry 2 mins

  4. Add rice- fry for 2 mins

  5. Add wine and stock, herbs and spices, salt and pepper

  6. Keep adding hot water until cooked.

  7. Add cream and cheese slowly

  8. Serve
