I’ve been dreaming of this recipe for YEARS.

This hot chocolate recipe comes from @sadd_papi, one of my favorite food creators since 2020. About the only small addition I make is some clove in the hot cocoa, and some vanilla in the cream.

Cheers to ending 2024 with an absolute banger.

HOT CHOCOLATE

4oz dark chocolate

4 cups of milk

12oz condensed milk

1 ½ espresso

10 cloves

Pinch of sea salt

Instrucciones

Combine into a saucepan, bring to a simmer and reduce until velvety as desired.

VANILLA WHIP

8oz whipping cream

Tbsp of powdered sugar

1 vanila bean

VERTE CHAUD

1.5oz chartreuse

5-6oz hot chocolate

Topped with vanilla whip

Garnish: shaved nutmeg and cinnamon
