Very Easy Pierogi and Kielbasa in a Crockpot Recipe

2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into 1-inch pieces
24 frozen pierogies (about 2 packages)
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup chicken broth or water
Fresh parsley or dill, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instrucciones
Prepare the Ingredients:
Place the sliced kielbasa and onions in the bottom of the crockpot.
Layer the frozen pierogies on top of the kielbasa and onions.
Add the Butter and Broth:
Dot the pierogies with butter pieces.
Pour the chicken broth or water over the top, ensuring the pierogies are moistened.
Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the pierogies are tender and the kielbasa is fully heated through.
Serve:
Stir the contents of the crockpot gently to combine the ingredients before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley or dill, if desired, and enjoy!
