Veggie Frittata

Ingredientes

2 Tbsp butter

¼ cup diced red bell pepper

¼ cup diced yellow bell pepper

¼ cup diced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

5 eggs, beaten

¼ tsp salt

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instrucciones

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.

2. In a 6-inch cake pan, combine the butter, peppers, onion and garlic. Air fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Remove.

3. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the salt, then stir in the cheese. Pour over the vegetables in the pan.

4. Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes or until frittata is golden brown and set.
