The Riviera Mix has remained a staple because of the easy prep and reliable satisfaction. 🙂↕️

Riviera Mix

1 cup London Dry Gin

1/2 cup Campari @campariofficial

1/4 cup Maraschino Liqueur @luxardousa

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1 oz Orange Bitters

Blend and refrigerate overnight. Strain when ready to use.

The Riviera Cocktail

2 oz Riviera Mix

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/2+ oz Simple Syrup (The Bartenders Manifesto calls for 3/4 oz, personally for me that is too sweet)

1 egg white or alternative

Garnish with a single slapped mint leaf with orange bitters to top
