Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Chicken

Ingredientes

400g chicken fillets

1 lemon

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp sweet paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic granules

½ tsp onion granules

3 large garlic cloves, chopped

150g baby spinach

7 cherry tomatoes

150 ml single cream

180 ml water or hot vegetable stock

3 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto

6 sun dried tomatoes, chopped

20g grated parmesan

1 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp chilli flakes

Instrucciones

1. Combine the herbs and lemon together in a small bowl

2. Cover the chicken with this

3. Fry the chicken in a pan

4. Remove the chicken from pan

5. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes
