Mississippi Beef Angel Hair Pasta

Instrucciones

Start a pot of boiling water and cook 1 pound of angel hair pasta per package directions.

While that’s cooking cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef. Once cooked through drain all the grease.

Now to that meat add 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning and 1 packet of au jus mix. Toss for a sec then add 1 1/2-2 cups of unsalted beef broth. Mix

Now add 1/4 cups of pepperoncini juice and 3-6 of those peppers with out the tops. Mix and just let sit at a low temperature until your pasta is cooked.

Once that pasta is cooked drain the water and add the pasta to the meat. Toss up well.
