BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE

Ingredientes

2 c. flour

3/4 c. sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 c. soft shortening

1/2 tsp. salt

2 c. well drained blueberries

1/2 c. milk

1 egg

Crumb Mixture Sprinkles:

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c. soft butter

1/3 c. sifted flour

1/2 c. sugar

Instrucciones

Mix sugar, shortening, and egg together thoroughly. Stir in the milk. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt and stir them in. Add the blueberries. Spread batter greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle top with crumb mixtures. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375F. You may glaze top with frosting if you want to.
