Cucumbers in Sour Cream Tim love "em

Ingredientes

A few cucumbers

1 cup sour cream

1 Tablespoon vinegar

1 1/2 T. lemon juice

1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar

Few grains of pepper

1/2 onion passed over grater 2 or 3 times.

Instrucciones

• Peel and sliver cucumber.

• Blend ingredients and chill. Delicious served with salmon mousse. I like to also add dill weed.
