Shortbread Cookies

Ingredientes

1/2 cup corn starch

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 cup sifted all purpose flour

3/4 cup butter

Instrucciones

sift corn starch, icing sugar, and flour together. Blend in butter with spoon, mixing together until a soft smooth dough forms. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a lightly floured fork. Bake 300F 20 to 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Note if dough us too soft to handle, cover and chill about 1 hour.
