Ingredientes

CRUST

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons butter

CHEESECAKE

2 8-ounce packages cream cheese

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

5 eggs, separated

2 cups sour cream

1/2 cup sugar

Instrucciones

Mix together crust and put in springform pan

Mix together ingredients in second group

Add yolks 1 at a time and beat til smooth

Add sour cream

Whip egg whites till stiff, adding 1/2 cup sugar

Fold whites into cheese mixture slowly

Pour into unbaked shell

Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 30 minutes
