Say “yum” If You Would Eat These Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredientes

1/2 cup blended cottage cheese

3/4 cup almond flour

2 eggs

1/4 cup blueberries

2 tbsp sweetener (I used RxSugar sryup)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

How to make it:

Instrucciones

Blend your cottage cheese, almond flour, eggs, sweetener, vanilla and baking powder.

Fry on medium-low in butter for a few minutes per side.

Serve with @RxSugar Organic Cinnamon Syrup and enjoy!
