Korean Spinach Banchan

TIP: When deciding on your portion, a good rule of thumb is one bag or box of spinach will serve one person! (Like the small boxes, not the huge ones)
Measurements (for 2 people):
2 bags or boxes of spinach
2-3 tsp sesame oil
2-3 tsp soy sauce
2-4 cloves of minced garlic
chopped green onions to taste
sesame seeds to taste
gochugaru (korean red chili flakes) to taste
pinch of salt
Instrucciones
1. Boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt
2. Dump spinach into boiling water, and allow to boil for ~20 seconds. Do not overcook. Transfer to ice bath promptly and allow to cool
3. Gently squeeze out excess water of spinach, and move it to a new bowl
4. Add toppings and mix. Be generous with the toppings!
5. Mix and enjoy!
