Biscuits and Gravy

1 can biscuits
1 lb sausage
2 tbsp butter
1/3 c flour
2 1/2 c milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instrucciones
Homemade sausage biscuits and gravy
Bake canned biscuits in oven
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
Add 2 tablespoons butter to the pan and stir it around until melted.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup flour over the sausage and stir for 4 minutes.
On medium heat, pour 2.5 cups milk into the sausage and flour mixture slowly, whisking constantly until smooth.
Whisk in 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper. Taste the gravy and adjust seasoning if necessary.
As soon as it comes to a boil take it off heat so it thickens
Serve immediately over biscuits.
