Swizzle Me Softly

Ingredientes

30ml/1oz Cognac

30ml/1oz Madeira

15ml/0.5oz Banana Liqueur

22,5ml/0.75oz Lime Juice

7,5ml/0.25oz Orgeat

Mint Leaves

Peychaud’s float

HOW: Swizzle all but bitters with crushed ice in glass / Add more ice to fill / Float bitters / Garnish.

Created as a variation on the “Common’s Park Swizzle”.

There’s something about Swizzles that will always spark some extra joy when I make them. Is it the layering, the colors? Maybe just the vibe of Summer?
