Ingredientes

Grilled cheese

1 small block gruyere cheese

1 small block white cheddar cheese

1 small block mild cheddar cheese

1 small block parmesan cheese

1 loaf sourdough bread

2-4 tbsp butter

Infused olive oil

4 tbsp olive oil

1 sprig rosemary

1 tbsp minced garlic a pinch chili flakes

2 tsp oregano

Tomato soup

1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)

1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

1/3 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste

2 bay leaves

1 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp chili flakes

2 cups chopped basil

1/2 onion chopped

2 tsp minced garlic

Instrucciones

Tomato Soup

1) In a large pot on high heat, add olive oil, salt, pepper, bay leaves, oregano, and chili flakes and fry the herbs for about 30 seconds.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until caramelized.

2) Add the can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and basil and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

3) Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour.

Griled Cheese

1) Mix together all of your infused olive oil ingredients in a small bowl. Brush your slices of bread with the mixture.

2) Heat your pan to medium heat.

3) Cut 1 slice of cheese from each block. Add

1/2 tbsp of butter to the pan. Immediately after butter melts, set two slices of bread in the pan and toast until one side is golden brown.

4) Flip one slice of bread and place cheese (1 slice white cheddar, 1 slice gruyere, 1 slice miid cheddar, and 1 slice parmesan) on tousted side. Flip the second slice of bread onto the cheese with the toasted side facing the cheese to complete the sandwich.

5) Lift sandwich, Add 1/2-1 tosp butter (if needed) to pan and let the butter melt.

Place the sandwich back in the pan and let the bread toast. Then flip the entire sandwich over to toast the last remaining side of bread until it is golden brown.

6) Continue to flip the sandwich every

30 seconds until the cheese is melted.

Pro tip: To avoid burning your bread and melt cheose faster, periodically add a few drops of water to your pan to create steam.
