Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole (Keto)

Ingredientes

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

dash fresh ground pepper

8 ounces Swiss cheese (chopped)

1 pound ham (chopped)

20 ounces cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

1/2 cup chicken bone broth (or stock, optional)

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (optional)

Instrucciones

Mix mayonnaise, heavy cream and cream cheese until well combined.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.

Add in the Swiss cheese , ham, chicken, and chicken broth.

Spread mixture out into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed pork rinds if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until top begins to brown.
