Ingredientes

1 cup sugar

2 egg whites stiffly beaten

1/2 cup butter

1 pound pecans

Salt

Instrucciones

Fold sugar into egg whites

Mix in pecans

Melt butter in jelly roll pan

Spoon nut mixture over butter

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring often
