Adkins Seafood Boil

Red potatoes - 2-3 small per person, quartered
Wht Onion - 1/3 per person, quartered
Lemons - 1 per person, quartered
Lemon juice - 6 oz.
Corn - 1 ear per person, cut in half
Garlic Pepper - 2 Tablespoons
Garlic cloves- 1 per person
Beer - 1 to 2 cans
Louisiana crab boil mix - 5 oz
Tabasco Sauce - 2 oz
Artichoke - 1, quartered
Kelbasa or Andouille Sausage - 1/2 lb. per person (cut into 1 inch chunks)
Shrimp - 1/2 lb. per person
Optional:
Clams - 1/2 dozen per person OR
Mussels - 1/2 dozen per person OR
Crab Legs - 1/2 lb. per person
Instrucciones
Add water above 2nd row of basket holes. If using 20 qt. pot fill to 8-9 qt. line.
Add beer, spices, lemons, artichoke, and onions and bring pot to boil (takes 20 - 30 mins.)
Add potatoes - boil 8 to 10 mins.
Add sausage - boil 6 to 8 mins
Optional stuff - clams, etc., 5-6 mins.
Add corn - boil 3 to 5 mins.
Add shrimp - boil 2 to 3 mins. Until shrimp float.
Remove basket, place food on butcher paper and enjoy with cornbread and your favorite beverage.
Additional batches:
For each additional batch add 3 oz. shrimp crab boil mix, 1 ounce garlic juice, 2 ounces Tabasco sauce, 6 ounces lemon juice and 2 more lemons. You will cook as many batches for as many guests as you have.
