Muddy Buddies

Ingredientes

9 cups chex cereal

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instrucciones

Measure cereal into a large bowl with a lid. Set aside.

In a saucepan add chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. (Don’t over-heat it--just warm it until melted and smooth.)

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Pour over the prepared cereal in the bowl and stir to coat evenly. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

Add powder sugar in gradually to the bowl while mixing. After adding half place the lid on the bowl and shake to coat. Do this again at the end.
