Pizza Omelette

2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 chicken breast
½ Avocado
30g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
3-5 Pitted Olives Sliced
5 Rosa or Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
1 Tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce (optional)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instrucciones
Whisk Eggs Together in a Bowl.
Heat up frying pan with cooking spray.
Add Eggs and cover for 1-2 min
Flip omelette over and add cheese on top. Cover with lid to allow melting
Take off heat and immediately add remainder of toppings to melted cheese
