Ingredientes

2 1/2 ounces blanc vermouth, preferably La Quintinye

3/4 ounce Bénédictine

1/2 ounce absinthe, preferably Germain-Robin

6 drops aromatic bitters

Instrucciones

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir rapidly for only 15 to 20 seconds, taking care not to overstir.

Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, then express the lemon twist and discard.

Garnish the glass with a snapdragon.
