2 pounds unsalted butter

2 pounds white sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla

1 tablespoon salt

Instrucciones

Mix everything in a heavy bottom pot and stir until temperature reaches 285 degrees . Pour on parchment lined sheet pan and cool. Break up into small pieces and pulse in food processor
