Ingredientes

60ml/2oz Blended Rum*

25-30ml/scant 1oz Lime Juice

15ml/0.5oz Campari

15ml/0.5oz Banana Liqueur

10ml/0.33oz Simple Syrup

1 dash of hot sauce

HOW: Shake with crushed ice / Dirty dump in a large glass / Top with more ice / Garnish with grated cinnamon and mint.

Pick a Rum with some age and a solid body, a classic blend with some Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad etc... will always do the trick!

The name of the cocktail refers to Maman Brigitte, a foul-mouthed death spirit from Haitian Vodou, who is often portrayed drinking Rum infused with Hot Peppers.
