Ingredientes

Spirit, sugar, water and bitters is delicious in all sorts of forms

Guests I’ve served at bars I’ve worked at where always surprise by how much they enjoyed this one

At this point I don’t really an OF or not, yes the syrup technically has some juice in it. Over my bartending career I’ve found it much more useful to see the OF as a template and a way to easily communicate concepts to guests. Give it your own fun and creative name if it makes you feel better

Again its worth repeating how tasty juniper tends to be with tropical flavours

I will not stop putting colourful floats on top of drinks

60ml/2oz Gin (@renaisgin gifted)

10ml/0.33oz Passionfruit syrup (adjust to taste)

Peychaud’s bitters (I like a generous amount)

Passionfruit garnish
