Ingredientes

30ml/1oz Light-style Rum

30ml/1oz Tequila Blanco

30-45ml/1-1.5oz Pineapple Juice

22,5ml/0.75oz Lime Juice

10ml/0.33oz Blue Curacao

10-15ml/0.33-0.5oz Simple Syrup

HOW: Shake all with crushed ice / Dump in glass / Add more crushed ice / Garnish.

A fruity & vegetal split base cocktail with a crowd-pleasing hue due to the addition of a touch of Blue Curacao.

Some tips:

If you want the Rum to be more prominent, opt for a Rhum Agricole/Cane Juice Rum

If you don’t have Blue C, use triple sec and add a drop of blue food coloring.

The amount of simple added depends a lot on the sweetness of your pineapple juice.
