A soft and buttery shortbread cookie, topped with hazelnut creme and Kinder chocolate! The hazelnut cream and Kinder chocolate make these cookies taste just like a kinder bueno 🙌

If you can’t find the hazelnut creme or a white chocolate hazelnut spread anywhere, you could always swap if for Nutella or a spread of your choice 😘

All you need is:

For the shortbread cookies:

110g salted butter, softened

60g granulated sugar

165g plain flour

Topping:

1 tbsp hazelnut creme spread per cookie

100g Kinder chocolate, melted

Optional: Kinder Bueno chunks

Instrucciones

Bake 170C/(150C fan) 10-12 mins

Let them cool before adding the topping ❤️
