High Protein Mexican Chicken Burgers

Ingredientes

Burger ingredients:

1 lb organic ground chicken

1/4 cup of cilantro

1/2 cup black beans

1/2 cup of corn

1 cup of diced red peppers

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese @rumianocheese

1/2 cup of cottage cheese @good_culture

1/2 cup of almond flour

1 egg

Spices :1 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika

Avocado for topping

cilantro for garnish

Chili lime Greek yogurt dressing:

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt @wallabyyogurt

1/2 lime

1/2 tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder

Instrucciones

In a large bowl, add all your burger ingredients and mix well, form into patties ( this yields about 10 patties).

Heat a medium pan, add olive oil, and add patties, Cook for about 3-4 mins on each side.

Remove from pan, add your cilantro, avocado, and chili lime sauce and enjoy!
