Carrot Salad Edeka

Ingredientes

  • Carrots, 500g

  • Water, 100ml

  • Vinegar (any white), 50ml

  • Sugar, 1-2 tsp

  • Lemon juice, 1 tsp

  • Neutral oil (e.g. vegetable), 1 tbsp

Instrucciones

  1. Peel carrots and shred finely

  2. Mix all ingredients for the dressing except the oil

  3. Mix carrots in the dressing, refrigerate (ideally min 2h but you might be hungry)

  4. Right before serving, mix in the oil
