Daily Elixir Soup.

4 cups chicken broth
2 cups sliced mushrooms (~8-ounce package)
2 cups baby carrots
1 red bell pepper (roughly cut into small pieces)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder + pinch ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon oregano
Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
Instrucciones
Add all ingredients to a large pot and boil for 20 minutes (or until veggies are fork-tender). Purée in a blender or use an immersion blender in the pot. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately or stash in fridge and warm a mug in the microwave as needed.
Alternatively, you can prep the recipe ahead of time, then freeze individual portions in an ice cube tray. Whenever you need a soothing sip, simply add a couple of cubes to a mug and warm as needed. Garnish with pumpkin seeds if desired.
